Academic Program

Jackson Hole Bible College (JHBC) offers an intensive, one year program of Bible education leading to a Diploma of Biblical Foundations. Students are grounded in a balanced curriculum of Theology, Bible Survey and Christian Growth courses. The program runs from September to May. JHBC offers both day and evening courses, as well as many additional field trips and seminars designed to integrate and enhance classroom instruction. Courses are open to full-time students; audit classes for self-enrichment are also available. JHBC courses are taught in a modular, "single-subject-in-sequence" format. This focus on only one subject per class enables Bible scholars from around the nation to participate in bringing the highest quality education to our students.

Recognizing that regardless of earned grades, a year spent in the diligent study of God’s Word is a valuable and life changing experience, those students who finish the year with a GPA under 2.0, will receive a Certificate of Completion from Jackson Hole Bible College (and not a Diploma of Biblical Foundations), and while not receiving a transcript or transferable credit, will nonetheless have finished the course and presented themselves approved to God as workmen, not needing to be ashamed.

About Us

One uniqueness of the school lies in its commitment to clearly communicate the biblical schematic, tying together the "big picture" from Genesis to Revelation. Another is its unswerving commitment to biblical creationism and the trustworthiness of Scripture. Creationism, dispensationalism, biblical inerrancy and Bible study methods are hallmarks of the curriculum.

JHBC looks to the Word of God as its foundation. Students will have the unique experience of learning about God and His Divine Revelation not only in the classroom, but in "hands-on" instruction. Specially designed seminars communicate rigorous Bible study skills, and creation-science field trips to the Grand Canyon, fossil beds and national parks permit students to examine real world evidences for creation. With this foundation students will be better prepared to make wise choices about future education and serving the Lord through ministry opportunities.

The college regularly reviews programs and curriculum to better meet the needs of students. Tuition, fees, faculty and courses are subject to change without notice. The college reserves the right to change the requirements and regulations contained on this website and in its printed catalog, and to determine whether a student has satisfactorily met the requirements for admission or graduation.
